Product Data Entry Specialist –German

Our product data management takes care of the product data quality of the online platforms of our various customers in Switzerland.

Product data and its entry have become one of the most important cornerstones of a successful online store today, replacing the qualified salesperson in a store.

Our customers want to stand out from the competition through specific product content and rely on the highest quality.

On a typical day, you will perform one or all of the following tasks:

As a product data entry clerk, you will be responsible for capturing and maintaining high quality, as well as researching information through to product entry and enrichment.

For the further development and expansion of our product data entry team, we are looking for a dedicated person especially for the area “Baby”, who will be responsible for the following tasks:

Processing manufacturer/supplier data
Searching missing product data on the internet/retailer sites
Capturing products incl. pictures, videos, product features, descriptive texts, documents, accessories etc.
Elaboration of qualitative, personalized long texts
Contact with suppliers/manufacturers for clarification/procurement of product information

Desired Skills and Experience:

In order to successfully handle these tasks, experience with product data entry (product data management) is required, as well as the following:

Very accurate way of working
Very good computer skills, especially MS Excel
Very good written and spoken German (minimum C1)
Good English skills (minimum B1)
Flexibility & interest in a very broad and diverse range of products
Hobby or flair with an enthusiasm for different products and their characteristics
Independent and determined way of working, ability to work under pressure as well as reliability
Fun to work with others and an “out of the box” thinking
Curious to constantly learn and explore new approaches / technologies
Customer oriented attitude
